Dr. Shruti C. Ramesh grew up in Staten Island, NY, graduated Cum Laude from
Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Psychology, and subsequently spend a year
in Boston pursing medical research at the Brigham and Woman's Hospital, a
Harvard Medical School affiliate. Dr. Ramesh completed her medical
degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine while
simultaneously pursuing a Master's in Public Health from Temple
University. She then completed her pediatric residency at Robert Wood
Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She enjoys working with
teenagers on body image, self-esteem as well as obesity. Having two
children of her own, she also knows the ins and outs of caring for small
children first hand. Dr. Ramesh is fluent in Spanish. She is a
board certified pediatrician and a member of the American Academy of
Pediatrics.
