Arlene Goodman, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Arlene Goodman is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Connecticut Children's Medical Center and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Prior to joining Somerset Pediatric Group, Dr. Goodman worked at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the Division of Orthopedic Surgery and at Saint Peter's University Hospital treating pediatric and adolescent athletes. She was the Director of the Concussion Program at Saint Peter's University Hospital from 2014-2021. Dr. Goodman has multiple publications on concussions and sports medicine topics. Dr. Goodman specializes in concussions in pediatric athletes, pediatric injuries, stress fractures, overuse injuries in pediatric athletes and injury prevention. Dr. Goodman has a passion for the general well-being of all of her patients and is excited to continue her career in general pediatrics. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her twin daughters and traveling.
